Terms of Service

MadzVPN is a VPN solution consisting of the client and server applications which is called "Software" or "App" in this Terms of Service (ToS). By using MadzVPN, you are bound to this ToS.

1. License grants

1.1. Subject to the terms of this ToS, MadzVPN hereby grants You a Non-assignable & non-transferable, Without the rights to create derivative works, Non-exclusive license, all with accordance with the terms set forth and other legal restrictions set forth in 3rd party software used while running App, Without rights to sublicense, to download and install the App on your device and use the App for the purposes as set forth in this ToS.

1.2. You are not granted any rights or interest in any MadzVPN copyrights, trademarks, Software marks or service marks, and You shall not use any MadzVPN trademarks or service marks in Your domain names or URLs.

1.3. MadzVPN retains all rights not expressly granted to You.

1.4. MadzVPN may, at its sole discretion, modify the Software at any time and without notice to You.

2. License restrictions. You shall not:

2.1. Copy the App except as expressly permitted in this ToS;

2.2. Remove any titles, trademarks, service marks or trade names, copyright notices, legends, watermarks, or other proprietary markings on the App;

2.3. Sell, lease, license, sublicense, rent, assign, distribute or otherwise transfer in whole or in part the Software, Your Service or Your rights in the Software to another party, including rights on a membership, subscription;

2.4. Modify or create derivative works based upon the Software;

2.5. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software, in whole or in part;

2.6. Un-bundle, break apart or repackage the Software or any of its component parts for any reason whatsoever;

2.7. Bundle or distribute the Software in any manner whatsoever;

2.8. Make any changes, modifications or alterations to the ToS that is distributed by MadzVPN with the Software;

3. Service Terms:

MadzVPN doesn't use user accounts or any device identifiers when providing services. But when access, we need to provide a mechanism to authenticate authorized users and to remember service access for future use.

In order to provide the maximum Privacy, we don't store or use user credentials directly nor we don't store any information to identify users on our servers. Instead, we use indirect methods to authenticate users. This is important to know because in some rare cases it might possible that you lose your credential information (for example manually deleting app data or uninstalling the app). We have no control over this and take no responsibility thus please read the Privacy Policy section below carefully to understand how we authenticate users.

4. CHANGES TO THIS TOS

We may change this ToS from time to time and you agree to be bound by these modifications, changes and/or revisions. The changes may be mainly based on possible changes to our service model or app updates

MadzVPN is mainly built upon privacy and internet freedom so explain how we protect and process your personal information.
Once you connect to internet with MadzVPN, your data will be routed to our private network through something called an "Encrypted Tunnel".

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Collected data is mainly depends on your choices and your interactions with MadzVPN, The data we collect may include some information regarding to your device type or software/SDK version, IP address, platform, etc.

1.1. Personal information protection
We absolutely do no collect any information transmitted through our encrypted tunnel to our private network. More specifically we do not collect your internet use such as browsing data, chat and messaging applications data and etc.
There are a few below exceptions though.
1.1.1. We automatically collect certain non personal information. For example when you connected, a session will be created and be assigned to your transport. This is only needed for MadzVPN to do its job and its not bound to your personal data and it is cleared after you disconnected from the vpn.
1.1.2. When you purchasing a subscription from Google Play or Apple App Store, they provide certain codes to be able to verify your subscription, we collect them and store locally to verify your purchase.
Since we do not store any user credentials on our servers, the only way for us to verify your purchase is to query their APIs to get the verification codes. Please note that if for any reason your phone fail to get the purchase information, we would not able to verify your VIP access.

1.1.3. When viewing a Rewarded Ads, we store a generated unique id locally in your phone storage and then use it to verify and provide the reward for you. If you clear the app storage or uninstall the app, you will lose that id and there is no way to recover that from our side.

1.2. Use of personal data
MadzVPN mission is to provide a VPN solution with highest privacy and availability. Thus our goal is trying to not collect or save any personal information on our servers! For all the other essential information to run the service, we collect and use them by customary and lawful methods. For example in Android and IOS devices, apps are bound to the given permissions provided by the user.
We also may share some data with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this privacy policy. For example companies we hired to provide analytical or Ads services. In that cases, these companies must abide by our data privacy and security requirements and these data with no means can be related to any personal or identifiable information

2. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING

We try to keep a free service of MadzVPN available. Thus, it is important for us to provide advertising in our application.
You may see some ads that our ads partners place in front of certain apps or websites. Keep in mind that we do not target these ads base on your personal information.
MadzVPN does not share your IP address or location with advertisers. However MadzVPN is integrated with Third Party Libraries such as Google AdMob who directly load ads and collect clicks and impressions. Please refer to their Privacy Policy statements posted above.
Google Play Services version 4.0 introduced new APIs and an ID for use by advertising and analytics providers. Terms for the use of this ID is provided in the following link Google play advertising id

3. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We change this Privacy Policy from time to time and you agree to be bound by these modifications, changes and/or revisions. It is important to know that we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
